Tangoについて

タンゴは、アルゼンチンのブエノスアイレスが発祥の地で、別名、コンティネンタルタンゴとも呼びます。

ダンスのジャンルでいうと、社交ダンスのタンゴとアルゼンチンタンゴとは別の踊りになります。

スタッカートの効いた音楽に合わせて、シャープなステップを用います。

2.トークA中級

トークA中級(stage1)

1.Walk(SS) LR L1/8(1/8+0)
1Sの左足(HeelのOutsideから着地し、親指側に抜ける)はCBMPに前進する。左に1/8回転する。
2Sの右足(HeelのInsideから着地し、小指側に抜ける)は右サイドリードで前進する。
2.Fallaway Reverse & Slip Pivot(QQQQ) LRLR L7/8(0+3/8+1/8+1/8+1/4)
男性は3Qの左足を右足体重でフォーラウェイに後退し、4Qの右足でスリップ・バックしながら1/4右回転(ピボット)する。
3.Syncopated Basic Reverse Turn(QQSQQS or QQ&QQS) LRLRLR L6/8(0+1/4+1/8+0+3/8+0)
1Qの左足を出す時は腰を開く。3Qの左足は右足前にクロスし、4Qの右足でスリップ・バックしながら回転(ピボット)する。
4.Contra Check(SQQ) LRL 回転なし
1Sで上半身を左に回転させながら中間バランスで左足を前に伸ばしボールで着地する。右膝を左膝の後ろにハメ込むようにする。
2Qで体重を右足に戻し、3Qで上半身を右に回転させながら左足をポイントし左膝を内側に向け、PP状態になる。
5.The Chase(SQQQQS) LRLRLR R6/8(0+0+1/8+1/8+1/8+3/8)
2歩目でCBMPにアクロスして右足を出し、3歩目でCBMPを解く(1/8右回転)。4歩目もCBMPにアクロスして右足を出す(1/8右回転)。
5歩目の左足はCBMPに後退し(1/8右回転)、6歩目は右足体重で3/8右回転しPPの形になる。
6.Natural Promenade Turn(SQQS) LRLR
クローズド・プロムナードにナチュラル・スピン・ターンを組み合わせたようなフィガーである。 2-3で3/8右回転を行い、3-4で3/8右回転を行う。4歩目では、The Chaseの6歩目のように右足体重で3/8右回転しPPの形になる。
7.Closed Promenade(SQQS) LRLR
通常の正対したポジションからPP(プロムナード・ポジション)に変化するので、ホールドとコンタクトに注意する。.
8.Walk(SS) LR
第1歩目の左足(HeelのOutsideから着地し、親指側に抜ける)はCBMPに前進する。
第2歩目の右足(HeelのInsideから着地し、小指側に抜ける)は右サイドリードで前進する。
9.Pogressive Side Step Reverse Turn(QQS SQQ (SQQS)) LRL RLRL (LRLR)
左カーブのプログレッシブ・サイド・ステップにロック・ターン、バック・コルテと言う組み合わせである。
10.Rock Back on Right Foot(QQS) LRLR
  • 前の踊りの「Rock Back on Left Foot」に続いて踊る。
  • 1Qで右足を下げ、2Qで体重を左足に乗せ、3Sで右足を少し下げる。

1Qでは、左足をCBMPに前進し(壁斜め)1Q~2Qの間で左へ1/8回転する。

第5歩目の左足を出す時は腰を開き、第6歩目の右足を左足に揃えてシャッセする。
7.Oversway(SSS) L__
左足に体重を乗せたまま、上半身を左→右→左に傾ける。
8.Lunge & PP(SQQ S&S) L__ RLR
Lunge & PP(男性)
  • 右足に体重を乗せ、左足をポイントする。右足を左に出してシャッセを行いPP状態になる。
